opticshop-online.com guarantees that we will exchange all unopened, undamaged and unmarked contact lens boxes, with the original seal intact, for a period of one year with effect from the invoice date (except toric or multifocal lenses).
Contact lenses returned for exchange can only be exchanged for the same product, with different contact lens power.
Returned products should be sent as a parcel and are only accepted if sufficient postage has been paid. Exchanges can only be made for contact lenses that reach us in perfect condition.
A copy of the invoice for the original delivery must be enclosed with the returned item, together with a short note stating the reason for the return.
Please pay in advance one-time processing fee of Euro 4.00, in addition to the shipping costs applicable on the new dispatch date, via bank transfer to the following bank account. Be sure to specify your name and the number of the invoice that was supplied with the delivery of the contact lenses you are exchanging.
