The 5 steps to plce your order succesfully
Once you have found the product you want to buy, put it into your virtual shopping cart by clicking the "add to cart" button.
If you are already registered as a customer with us, please log on to our homepage in the CUSTOMER LOGIN section. Once you are logged in, you can immediately access an overview of your order history, thereby saving you a considerable amount of time.
Step 1: Cart In your cart you collect all the products you intend to buy.
You can change the quantity of each item. Click the"refresh" button to recalculate your cart after you have changed the quantity of one or several items.
Click the "continue shopping" button if you want to continue shopping. Click the "check out" button to proceed forward to step 2.
Step 2: Personal details On this page you have to specify your personal details, as well as the billing and the delivery address.
Your e-mail address is required so that we can update you about your order status. Providing your phone number will help the parcel service deliver your order quickly.
Please note that your parcel will be delivered during usual office hours. So please indicate a delivery address where somebody can take delivery of your parcel.
If you want to return to your cart click the "back" button, if you want to proceed forward to step 3 than click the "next" button.
Step 3: Shipping and payment options On this page you decide about the payment option that suits you best.
We accept:
payment by credit card (Visa, Master/Eurocard, American Express) payment by bank transfer (bank details for money transfer are specified on confirmation sent automatically to you by email )
On this page you also decide about the shipping method. You can choose:
shipping by mail, Q'Pack+,Chronopost,DPD or DHL Europack, or shipping by DHL Express
Click the "back" button to return to the previous page, click the "next" button to proceed forward to step 4.
Step 4: Summary This page gives you a global view of your order.
If you want to confirm definitely your order, please accept our General Terms and Conditions of use and sale, and click the "apply" button.
If you decided to pay by credit card, you will now be connected to the pages of our credit card payment service provider.
Step 5: Confirmation After having confirmed your order, a message will appear on your screen, confirming that we received your order. Please print out this page for your records, since it contains important information about your order. We will also send you an e-mail with a detailed receipt confirmation. If you do not receive this e-mail, you may have entered an incorrect e-mail address and should notify us immediately.
If you have opted for bank transfer as the payment method, please transfer the payment to our bank account.
The reception of that message ends the successful ordering process.
