Right of withdrawal
You have a period of fourteen business days from the date of delivery of the goods, during which you may withdraw from the purchase agreement, without giving any reason for your decision, and return the goods to Opticshop s.à r.l. at your own expense. Optimol must receive notification of your withdrawal by mail or by email, to be sent to the following address:

Products and Services which have been opened or damaged, or which came into effect before the end of the withdrawal period, just as contact lens solutions cannot be returned. |
